Welcome to Discover India With Car, a Delhi-based travel consultancy led by Mr. Parveen Kumar. We provide customized tour packages, private car and driver services, sightseeing, transfers, and other travel arrangements across India.
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Tour Packages & Prices
Our tours can be customized according to your destination, travel dates, number of travelers, hotel, vehicle, sightseeing, and budget.
Tour prices may change depending on the season, tourist demand, availability, travel dates, and services selected. The final price will be confirmed in your quotation or booking confirmation.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment is received and the requested services are confirmed.
The balance payment must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
3. Hotels & Transportation
Hotels, vehicles, drivers, guides, and other services are subject to availability. If a selected service becomes unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative.
Hotel check-in, check-out, cancellation, and other hotel rules are controlled by the respective hotel.
4. Changes to the Itinerary
Travel plans may sometimes change because of weather, traffic, road conditions, government restrictions, attraction closures, or other unexpected situations.
We will always try to provide a practical alternative where possible.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation charges depend on the booking date and the policies of hotels, transport providers, guides, activities, and other suppliers. Any applicable refund will be processed after deducting relevant cancellation or non-refundable charges.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing correct information and carrying valid passports, visas, permits, tickets, and other required documents.
Customers should also take care of their personal belongings during the trip.
7. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is recommended for all travelers. Unless specifically mentioned in the booking, insurance is not included in the tour package.
8. Unforeseen Circumstances
We cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, road closures, or other unexpected events.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services may be provided by independent hotels, drivers, guides, transport companies, or activity providers. Their individual terms and policies may also apply
10. Website Information
We try to keep our website information accurate and updated, but prices, availability, hotels, routes, and services may change. Your confirmed quotation and booking confirmation will always take priority.
11. Overning Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by law.
